/ About the project
Holidough is a festive cookie making kit brand. It embodies all that is festive - the big fat 'Holiday Spirit'.
The Challenge And How We Tackled It:
The challenge here was to create an identity that would stand out against thousands of other similar holiday brands that would stack up the shelves.
We strayed away from the usual 'festive' clutter, usually involving elements such as gift boxes, Christmas trees, candy canes, banners, fir trees, party hats, confetti - you get the gist. The point here was to still embody a festive spirit that would involve Christmas, New Year, and possibly any other festival that could come in the way - making it distinct, timeless and mostly importantly, inclusive.
Instead of using general illustrative elements, we made it stand out by clever use of colours and bold, big shapes. Combine it all together and here is a fully festive brand that doesn't follow the crowd!
